Write once, then adjust caption, media, format, account, and send time – per channel – before anything goes out.
–Instagram: feed post, carousel, Reels, Stories
–Stories add user tags, up to 3 collaborators, and a location
–Threads: text, image, video, carousel
–Facebook Pages: one login, every page you manage
–LinkedIn: text, image, carousel, video – personal profile for now
–TikTok: video, photo, and photo carousel
–Telegram: text, image, carousel, video – to channels and groups
–Autosave on every step and every 20 seconds – no “Save as draft” button
A Story carries exactly one media file and no caption – that’s how Instagram works, not a limitation we added. A tagged collaborator gets an invite they must accept in the Instagram app; until then it shows Pending.

A calendar that never loses track
Every draft, scheduled post, and failure lives in one monthly view – plus a queue that fills itself.
–Monthly calendar for the whole workspace, colored by status
–Weekly queue: set slots like Mon 09:00, Wed 18:30 – posts take the next open one
–Slots keep their time zone through daylight-saving changes
–Past dates are rejected; past 75 days out gives a warning, 365 days is the hard limit
–Time is always entered in 24-hour format

Dashed cells are open queue slots – see where there’s room before you queue anything.
Set your weekly slots, then let Flomixy suggest the best ones
Weekly posting slots that queued posts fill in order – set them once per team (Team default), or per connected account. Best-time suggestions are Instagram-only today; the 7×24 heatmap below is a separate Analytics screen, this side panel is a short list of recommended times scoped to one account’s own history.
–Team default schedule (“Schedule for” → “Team default”), or a separate one per connected account – any network, not just Instagram
–Slot chips show "HH:MM" in mono type; click one to edit, click "+ Slot" to add another, then "Save schedule"
–Best times to post: Instagram-only for now – Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Telegram accounts use the board without a suggestion panel
–Timezone panel: "Weekly slots are wall-clock times in this timezone" – 09:00 stays 09:00 through DST
–"This week" panel: of 21 slots · past times are skipped, with a per-day bar chart
These are two different things: the heatmap in "The only best-time feature that shows its work" below is the Analytics screen’s 7×24 breakdown; the ranked list here is the Posting Schedule screen’s side panel – same underlying history, different view, and only the side panel is Instagram-only.

The only best-time feature that shows its work
Most tools show you a best time. We show you why – and how many posts it’s based on.
1
Looks at your last 180 days of posts for that account – your history only, never an industry average.
2
Scores each post by engagement rate (interactions ÷ reach), not raw likes, and drops posts that never reached anyone.
3
Groups your history into 28 windows – 7 days × 4 six-hour parts of day – and needs at least 3 posts in a window before it counts.
4
Pulls each window’s result toward your overall average, so one lucky post can’t win on its own.
5
Suggests up to 5 times, each labeled with how much better than your average and how many posts it’s based on.

Fewer than 10 usable posts? Flomixy says so directly and returns researched starting-point times, clearly marked as an assumption – never mixed in with your real data.
These are the best times you have tried. Flomixy can only measure hours you’ve already posted at – the more you vary your schedule, the smarter this gets.
Reach, views, and interactions - without guesswork
Instagram and Threads analytics across 7, 30, or 90 days. Facebook analytics is coming soon.
–Four KPIs – reach, engagement, engagement rate, followers – each vs. the prior period
–Trend chart over time, plus follower growth
–Sortable top posts table
–Stories panel: reach, replies, and forward/back/exit taps, per story
Follower demographics – locked58 more followers needed. Meta’s threshold, not ours.

Nothing publishes without sign-off
Mark a post as needing approval and the scheduler skips it until it’s actually approved.
–Pick a specific approver by name and email – the notification goes to them
–Client opens a review page: Approve, or Request changes with a note
–Requesting changes cancels any earlier approval and sends the post back to work
–A dedicated Approvals table: what’s waiting, on whom, since when
Spring collection – feed post
Awaiting approval – Jamie (client)
“Can we swap the last photo for the studio shot?” – change requested
ApproveRequest changes
Roles that actually hold up
Workspaces, invitations, and eight roles with permissions checked on the server – not just hidden in the UI.
–Multiple workspaces under one account, switch from the top bar
–8 roles with a hierarchy, plus granular permissions per action
–Same-domain colleagues arrive as a request you approve – “Approve as [role]”
–A role can never be assigned higher than the assigner’s own – enforced server-side
–Account Owner role for clients who only connect their account
Group accounts by client instead of scrolling twenty accounts in a flat list.
–One client can hold several accounts across networks – different handles are normal
–The link between an account and a client is always explicit, never guessed by name
–Never required – everything works with zero clients set up

Connections you can actually trust
Official Meta OAuth for Instagram, Threads, and Facebook Pages – with token health you can see. Official Meta login – you authenticate directly with Instagram, Threads, and Facebook, we never see your password, and you can disconnect anytime.
–Per-account token status: healthy, expiring soon, or dead
–A dead token pauses scheduled posts and publishes them once you reconnect
–A failed post says why, with a Reconnect button
–Accounts belong to the team that connected them; sharing is explicit

Your brand, not ours
Everything an agency needs to hand this to a client without the word Flomixy showing up.
–Your own subdomain, or a custom domain
–Your logo and colors throughout the app
–Your email domain for invitations and notifications
Instagram and Telegram publishing is fully live for every workspace. Threads and Facebook Pages publishing is finishing rollout. TikTok publishing is in TikTok’s Content Posting review – until it clears, a TikTok post is visible only to the account owner, so don’t plan client work on it yet. Threads analytics has two Meta-side limits: follower demographics need a follower threshold, and Threads best-time is waiting on a Meta permission. TikTok analytics is unaffected by that review and covers views, likes, comments and shares – TikTok’s public API doesn’t report reach, engagement rate, follower growth or a best-time heatmap. Telegram has no analytics at all, permanently – its Bot API doesn’t expose any post or channel statistics. LinkedIn publishing is live, to your personal profile only – Company Page publishing and LinkedIn analytics are on the roadmap.
Why this works differently
Per-channel content, not copy-paste
Caption, media, format, and time can all differ per network, from the same composer.
A best-time feature that explains itself
180 days of your own history, a documented formula, and honesty about its limits.
