Five networks live, TikTok in review – see what each channel supports

One composer, six networks

Write once. Adjust the caption, media, format, and send time per channel before anything goes out. Instagram at 9am, LinkedIn at 6pm, Threads whenever fits your audience – same post, different timing, without duplicating the draft. Media crops and captions adjust per network too, so a Reel doesn’t get squeezed into a Threads text post by accident. Character limits for every selected network show live as you type, so you’re never guessing what fits.

A queue that fills itself

Set weekly time slots once. Drop new posts into the next open slot instead of picking a date every time. Define your cadence once – say, 9am Monday/Wednesday/Friday for Instagram – and every new draft claims the next open slot automatically. Reorder by dragging, or override a slot when a launch needs a specific date.

Nothing publishes without sign-off

Send a post for client approval, collect a change-request note if it’s not ready, and publish the moment it’s approved. Clients get a link, not a login – no account setup on their end. They approve or leave a change-request note tied to that exact post, so revisions don’t get lost in email threads.

Reach, views, interactions - per post

Reach, views, and interactions for Instagram, Threads and TikTok, plus a dedicated Stories panel. Facebook analytics is coming soon. Broken down by post type – feed, carousel, Reels, Stories – not just one aggregate number. Story-specific metrics (taps forward, taps back, exits) live in their own panel, since Stories behave differently from feed content.

Instagram Stories, done right

Tag users, add collaborators, drop a location – Stories built with the same detail as a feed post. Most scheduling tools treat Stories as an afterthought – a single image upload with no tagging. Flomixy supports the same tagging, collaborator invites, and location stickers you’d use posting natively, scheduled ahead of time.

One photo or video, no caption – that’s how Instagram Stories actually work, not a limitation we added
Tag the account and add up to 3 collaborators, who get an invite to accept
Drop a location pin, the same as posting from the Instagram app directly

For agencies

Built for agencies running client accounts

One tool, every client. White-label the whole thing and put approvals in the workflow, not in email. Each client gets their own workspace – their accounts, their approval queue, their branding if you white-label the whole platform under your own domain. Team members get role-based access, so a junior account manager can draft and a senior can approve, without sharing logins.

Frequently asked questions

We haven’t set an end date yet. When it’s time to introduce pricing, every user gets 7 days’ notice before anything changes.
Free accounts move to a paid plan or a limited free tier – we’ll confirm the details with 7 days’ notice. Beta users get a grandfathered discount.
Instagram (feed, carousel, Reels, Stories) and Telegram are fully live today. LinkedIn publishing is live too, to your personal profile – Company Page publishing is coming soon. TikTok is in TikTok’s Content Posting review – you can connect the account and TikTok analytics works, but posts stay visible only to the account owner until the review clears. Threads and Facebook Pages support is finishing rollout – the composer already supports both, opening up shortly. No X (Twitter).
No. You can create an account and start publishing without entering payment details.
Yes – export your account data under GDPR at any time, and export posts with their metrics to CSV from the Posts page, filtered by whatever view you’re looking at.
Yes – give the composer a topic and a tone and it drafts a caption plus three hashtags in the language your post already uses. Edit it or send it as-is before scheduling.
Yes – search Pexels and Pixabay right in the composer, in your own language if you’re not typing in English, and it can suggest search terms straight from your caption. Every result shows a free-to-use badge, and picking one opens the same crop preview as an upload, matched to the format you’re posting.
Yes – the Media Library is its own page, separate from the composer, with drag-and-drop bulk upload for up to 10 files at a time and a clear success/error status per file. Prep media for several clients or posts ahead of time, then pick from the library when you write a post.
Send a post to a client for review. They approve it or leave a change-request note; nothing publishes until it’s approved.
Yes – agencies get a subdomain or custom domain, their own logo and colors, roles, and a separate workspace per client.
If you manage multiple client accounts and need built-in approval workflows, yes – Buffer and Later don’t offer per-client workspaces or white-labeling out of the box. If you’re a solo creator posting to one account, either tool works fine; Flomixy’s agency features won’t add much value for you.
Yes. The composer, calendar, and queue work the same for one account as they do for fifty. The agency features (white-label, per-client workspaces, approval flow) are there if you need them, invisible if you don’t.
Yes – Stories support tagging, collaborators, and location just like a live post, scheduled ahead of time.
The tools that matter for an agency, not a solo account, are: per-client workspaces, a client approval step before anything publishes, and white-labeling so clients see your brand, not the scheduling tool’s. Flomixy has all three built in from the Agency tier – see Flomixy for agencies.
Yes. From the Agency tier, agencies get a subdomain with their own logo and colors; from Agency Pro, a custom domain with all Flomixy branding removed. Each client gets a separate workspace, not a shared account list.
