How to use the template
A client approval workflow makes sure every post is seen and signed off by the right person before it goes live. Without one, approvals end up scattered across email threads and chat messages, and it is hard to tell which version the client actually agreed to. This template gives each post one row with a clear status, a named approver and a record of feedback.
Add one row per post and per network. Move the status from Draft to In review when you send it, and fill in the date. If the client asks for changes, set the status to Changes requested, copy their note into the Feedback column and raise the revision number. A post only moves to Approved when the approver confirms the latest revision, and only then to Scheduled.
Download it as CSV for Excel or Numbers, or import the CSV into Google Sheets and share it with your client. When the spreadsheet gets too big, Flomixy runs the same flow inside the scheduler: posts wait for the named approver, change requests come back with the note attached, and nothing publishes until it is approved.
